  • Damaged Items: Contact us immediately for items damaged in transit, for possible replacement or refund.
  • Reporting Errors: Report any errors or shortages within 3 days of receipt.
  • Faulty Items: Notify us within 30 days for faulty items. After this period, returns might not be accepted.
  • Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, inform us within 30 days. Items must be in new condition, and the buyer covers return costs.
  • Product Condition: We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition.
  • Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on all products, excluding e-liquids and disposable vape pens.
  • Return Labels: Provided for faulty items, but not for accidental orders or change of mind.
  • Return Address: Contact us for the specific return address.
  • Packaging Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for damages caused in return transit due to improper packaging.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Our main goal is your complete satisfaction.
  • Note on Delivery Returns: Products cannot be returned to the driver/courier upon delivery. Please follow the returns process as described above.
